How can I return my order?

You have the option to return your products within a specified period. We'll guide you through it step by step.

30 days to indicate a return
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without providing a reason. To exercise this right, we ask you to notify us of your return via our customer service. This can be done via email, chat, phone, or contact form.

After the 14-day period, it is not possible to cancel your purchase without a reason. Contact customer service for possible options.

14 days to return
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Send the product with all supplied accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging to the address below, or you can return it to us in person. Contact customer service to make an appointment for this.

We can arrange for the shipment to be picked up, and the carrier's costs will be passed on to you. It's recommended to ensure you have a proof of delivery, proof of posting, or a similar document.

14 days for crediting
We will refund the due order amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the termination of the purchase agreement. You will be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs, through the payment method you chose during the order. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your expense. In case of any damage, return of an incomplete or used item, or an unfranked shipment, additional charges may apply. If unnecessary damage to the product has occurred, a depreciation fee may be charged.
