When do I not have or lose the warranty?
To make a warranty claim, it’s important that the product has been assembled and maintained correctly, as described in the manual. Additionally, the product must be used properly. Please note that using excessive force during assembly or forcing parts can lead to damage, which is not covered by the warranty.
There are several situations where the warranty does not apply:
- Damage caused by intentional actions or negligence
- Improper use or poor maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow the instructions
- Damage caused by natural influences, such as wind, hail, and storms
- Transport damage
- Use of non-original materials or damage caused by mechanical impacts, chemicals, or other external factors
It’s therefore important to be careful when assembling and using your product, so you can enjoy the warranty for as long as possible.
